I grew up in Englewood, Colorado, and has lived in Colorado most of his life. His background includes an assistant VP of Operations position with Bank of America, a degree in Business Administration from UCCS, a CPA career, serving as the very first controller for Richmond Homes, and owning and operating his own very successful homebuilding company in the 1980′s. As a very successful Real Estate Broker for the last 21 years, he has a vast range of experience with over 2400 real estate transactions, in good times and bad.

Joe’s previous experience as a CPA and in the banking industry, coupled with his years of experience in real estate sales and his highly developed creative skills in financing and deal structuring, have enabled him to create win-win situations for countless sellers and buyers.
